With regular catering jobs under their belt already, Soul Fillers are yet to launch their business in style. On 28th November, they will be celebrating their launch with a real knees-up in the Furnace.
On the menu:
Drinks and canapés
Starters: sundried tomato hummus, mackerel paté; goats cheese & beetroot dip with home-made bread and olives
Mains: horseradish silverside of beef, 5-spice salmon, butternut squash stuffed with mushroom couscous & rainbow veg
Puddings: chocolate brownie with exotic fruit salad, meringues with vanilla cream, balsamic strawberries and white chocolate cream & toffee apple turnovers with caramelised cinnamon apples and brandy cream.
Every course will be matched by the finest in local live music. The line-up boasts the Mersey Belles, harpist Maev McDaid, roof-raising brass band Hardcore Hornography, and headliners Up for Arts Community Choir. Is matching food with music more exciting than matching food with wine? You bet!
